Return & Refund Policy

At Kamadc, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help make the return and refund process straightforward.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

This policy is additional to your statutory rights, including the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods may continue beyond our 30-day return window.

Item Condition

For change-of-mind returns, items should be in their original condition, complete with accessories, manuals, and tags. Please use the original packaging where possible and pack the item securely.

You may open the packaging and inspect the item as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may reduce the refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.

These conditions do not restrict your rights when an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

Proof of Purchase

Please provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase so we can locate your order. Including the email address used at checkout will help us process your request.

Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: Kamadc covers the necessary return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange a suitable return method.
• Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

How to Return an Item

1. Email support@kamadc.site with your order number or proof of purchase. If the item is faulty or incorrect, describe the issue so we can help.
2. We will provide the return address and shipping instructions, together with a prepaid label where applicable.
3. Pack the item securely with its included accessories and documentation.
4. Send the parcel using the supplied instructions and retain your proof of postage.

A reason is not required when exercising your statutory cancellation right. Contacting us for instructions does not make that right dependent on our approval.

Please use the return address provided by our team, which may differ from our contact address.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and issue any refund due within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

For statutory cancellations, we will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Where you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation right, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for premium delivery is not refundable.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as you discover an issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Photographs can help us assess the issue, but do not replace or limit your consumer rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer change-of-mind exchanges. To purchase a different item, return your original purchase under this policy and place a new order.

This does not affect any right to a replacement for faulty goods.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Sale Items

Sale items and products purchased through special offers are covered by the same return policy and statutory rights as full-priced items. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can try to update it before dispatch.

If an incorrect address causes a delivery problem, we will help investigate and explain the available options and any applicable redelivery costs. This does not limit our responsibility for errors made by us or our delivery partners.
