Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or serious misuse. This will not remove your rights concerning existing purchases.

Section 3 – Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability information.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. This does not affect our obligation to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for their intended purpose.

Accessories are included only where stated in the product listing.

Section 4 – Placing and Accepting Orders

You can review and correct your order before submitting it at checkout. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay if we accept it.

Your order is accepted when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance. An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order is not, by itself, acceptance.

If we cannot accept your order—for example, because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified—we will notify you and refund any payment collected.

Section 5 – Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before you complete checkout.

Full payment is required at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed on the payment page and explained in our Payment & Billing Policy.

We may update prices for future purchases. Price changes do not alter orders already accepted.

Section 6 – Errors and Availability

If we discover a material error in a product’s price or description before accepting your order, we will explain the error and give you the option to proceed with the corrected details or cancel for a full refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement. Any issue affecting an accepted order will be handled in accordance with your contractual and statutory rights.

Section 7 – Delivery

We currently offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom. Our estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days, comprising 1–2 business days for handling and 2–4 business days in transit.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Delivery estimates do not limit your statutory rights.

Section 8 – Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window, subject to its stated conditions.

For most online purchases, you also have a statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to send the goods back.

Dispatch does not remove your cancellation rights. Separate rights apply to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods and may continue beyond our voluntary return window.

Our website may link to independent websites or offer third-party payment services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

We do not control independent websites. However, using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting a review for publication, you give us permission to display it on our website and make minor formatting edits without changing its meaning.

We may remove spam, abusive material, or unlawful content. We will not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

We aim to keep the website available, but maintenance or technical problems may cause interruptions. These interruptions do not remove our obligations concerning accepted orders.

A delay in exercising a right does not mean that right has been waived.
